I'm a fairly new customer with Choate's and am very pleased with their service thus far. I've had all three inspections (heating, air, and plumbling) and am very impressed with how thorough each one has been. I'm so glad to know there is 24/7 service at no extra charge to me because of my preferred customer contract, which was offered to me at a very reasonable monthly rate. Also, all of the different sales and service reps which I've dealt with thus far have been very professional and very pleasant. I'm currently trying to get my neighbor to sign up with Choate's, and I highly recommend this company to anyone needing heatibg, air, and/or plumbing service.
