Came to our house after 10pm to fix air conditioner.
When we first were offered the member package we were very hesitant, other such things had proved to be less than they were advertised.
Not so of Choates. We noticed our air conditioning was failing at 10pm, Bill Kellum not only came that night, but he came quickly, and fixed it quickly with no extra charge for it being a late night call due to our membership.
