After the installation of our air conditioner in January we were offered Preferred Customer Service Agreement which we accepted. I got a call from Choates to schedule our yearly heating service which we did. Your Technition, Jake Ashley came and did the inspection and showed me how dirty my fan was. My husband is probably the worst to remember to change our filter on the first of every month but after what I saw built up of the blades of the fan and inside the cover we will never forget the filter ever again. Jake also brought to my attention that our fan had previously been replaced and that it was not properly installed and was really loose. We are very lucky to have had Jake service our unit and to address our problem that could of caused future damage to the equipment. The unit sure is quiet today! We have always used friends or friends of friends to fix issues in our house but we will be using Choates from now on. They provide, heating, air and plumbing service and they will be our provider to any of our needs from now on! Jake Ashley was amazing, explained what he found in our unit that wasn't good, swift in his work to fix it and just the nicest young man I believe I have ever had in our home to provide service.
