First - through our fault- we were not home for the appointment. Not only did Jake leave a door hanger, he called us and came back for our Fall service. We have purchased a service agreement from Choates and they now CALL US when it is time for our systems to be checked. Jake arrived with the replacement filters in his hands and conscientiously checked all the units inside and out. He was thorough and professional.
