Lewis and his assistant, Justin, came to redo an under sink connection that was not done correctly by another plumber. After they fixed that issue, they did the 95 point inspection and gave us advise on a couple of small things we can do ourselves. The cost of the maintenance agreement we purchased has already paid for itself. I will request Lewis again for any plumbing issues that may come up in the future. The only knock I have with Choate's is that when Lewis was not available for a scheduled appointment, the office did not call us to let us know of the date change.
