We were initially hesitant about entering into a maintenance contract but accepted the offer the second time. We saved the service charge on the call we needed and got a discount on the new thermostat. For our first scheduled AC checkup, we were advised a sensor was not up to par and could burn out the blower motor sooner than its normal lifespan. We elected to have it replaced immediately. Very happy with the technicians from Choates. I would recommend them to anyone.
