After spending the previous night in extreme discomfort, Lewis arrived promptly first thing this morning with a smile on his face and compassion for our situation in his heart. He was efficient in doing the plumbing inspection competently and quickly. Afterwards, I was quite verbal regarding my disappointment with Choates in not keeping their contractual promise of 24 hour service, after calling for assistance 3 separate times last evening. Lewis actively listened and remained empathetic throughout. Other service reps could take lessons from Lewis in how to treat a customer.
