We had an alarming situation with our upstairs sinks. After calling Choates who sent Lewis out to assess the problem, the high level of anxiety was quickly reduced. Lewis was able to quickly and professionally locate the problem, fix it, and even cleaned up the mess the problem had causes. Lewis was very compassionate in how we felt and was nice to explain the problem and how it happened. We would highly recommend Choates!
