I had a Navien Tankless Water Heater Installed by the Choate's Company, the installation went great with a few exceptions. The Choate's Company sent out Lewis to diagnose my problems. Mr. Lewis is an outstanding technician who is very knowledgeable and very courteous. I can't thank Lewis enough for all his hard work and dedication as he was able to diagnose and fix my issues. It's good to know that the Choate's Company hires such outstanding personnel such as Lewis. I will be a Choate's member for life. Thank you again Lewis for all your assistance.
