Every experience I have had with Choate's, whether in person or on the phone, has been a positive one. The technicians who have come to my home have been wonderful about explaining everything and answering questions. The office staff is friendly and helpful, even after hours. They really do go the extra mile to make the customer's experience a pleasant one. I especially appreciate the fact that they call when they are on the way, and there is also a follow-up call after the work is done to be sure the customer is satisfied. Great customer service!
