Several years ago, we were dissatisfied with our current service for our air condition, heating and ventilation systems. However it was that we heard about Choate's, we liked that they were a family-owned business. Over the years we met different members of the Choate family and they knew their products. Charlie has been our service technician several time. He has always been on time; he is extremely courteous; and he knows what he is doing.
