My first experience with calling Choate's for a repair blew me away, as I called and they had someone at my home within 30 minutes! My second experience was on a Sunday evening in July, the night before I started a new job. The air quit working completely. I called Choate's, and the weekend guy was swamped with calls and could not get to me until 1 am. When I told him my "sob story" he called a co worker, who was NOT on call, and this guy was at my house in an hour and it was repaired 30 minutes later. I am very impressed with their service. My friends, family, and my realtor all wanted to know who our air company was!!!!!!!
