Two years ago, I moved in a really nice 30+yrs house. Loved the house but started coughing quite a bit. Eventually, I realized that may be it was because the airducts were dirty. Choate came and got them cleaned: I couldn't believe the amount of dust and God knows what that was hiding in these ducts. The Choates tech did a superb job: they were highly professional, well trained and friendly. Their equipment was state of the art. The charges were very reasonable for the amount of work performing. No more coughing now! So...if you move to an older house, rather than spending $ to change the countertop first, spend that money of getting the AC ducts cleaned!
