My service guy, Burt, was polite, professional, and experienced. He explained everything he was going to do and why. Burt had a sheet with all their prices printed out, so there was no guess work. No pressure sales or miscellaneous add-ons. He fixed it right the first time and I even learned a thing or two in the process. I highly recommend this company.
