I found Choates to be very thorough and professional. They took the time to do things right such as removing my wall exhaust vent covers with care so as to not damage the paint. They also were very careful with my ductwork and very thorough. They are very knowledgeable and seem to have all the correct equipment such as hepa vacuums.
