After doing a lot of research, I used LB H&A to replace my AC unit. I was so impressed with their work that I now have them do all of my maintenance and service updates. The service reps are all knowledgeable and extremely courteous. I have some back problems and cannot move everything to get at the cabinet where the condenser is located. Sometimes they must work around items on my balcony to get at the condenser. They never complain. Excellent service. I recommend the multiple service contract so that you never forget to keep the A/C unit operating properly.
