I have worked with LBHA for 15 plus years though my place of work. One day I needed their assistance in one cold winter when my recently installed unit failed. I called them and they looked up the warranty and replaced it promptly. I've also asked them to perform PM on my AC and heating units, they are trustworthy and I recommend them. I know most of their techs too and 5 stars across the board.
