We were totally happy with the equipment and the installation. The house now heats and cools evenly and although the compressor is outside the kitchen window, we can't hear it go on and off. The guys who came out to install it were cheerful, knowledgeable, and checked twice to make sure we were happy with the fine points: the size of the registers, where they went, where they pointed. No surprises, just good work. We're happy.
