The LBHA staff are great to work with during an installation of a new system or during the regular maintenance that they offer. I like using their contract services. I don't have to worry about anything. They call me 3 times a year and make a convenient service appointment. I don't need to remember anything. The staff are friendly and listen to you.
I recently had a situation where my AC was running. And, at the same time the entire roof of the condo building was being replaced. Lots of noise and hammering going on. When the LBHA staff member arrived, I explained about the new roof project. I wasn't sure if the roofers had done something or if it was just a coincidence that my AC wasn't working. The LBHA staffer went up to the roof and let me know that the cables to my AC were broken and arcing (which definitely is a problem). So, we turned off the AC at the fuse box. I called the condo Board president and the LBHA staffer let a detailed message which was then forwarded to the condo management company. The LBHA staffer didn't leave until I was satisfied with "next steps". The LBHA staff then sent a written recommendation for repairs to submit to the management company. That's the kind of service I always look for -- going beyond what is required.
