MY downstairs system failed so as an existing customer, I called last Thursday. We set up an appointment, you then called and said you only had a very inexperienced tech who could come out today, it would be next week for a senior tech, so I said ok as we were desperate. He came out told me my Freon was flat. I tried to explore options repair or replace. He wasn’t particularly versed so I said have some get back to when you get back to the office. No one got back to me On Friday so I called a competitor. They came right out Friday late. Their diagnostic fee was $30 less and it would apply towards repairs. They had a sales rep Saturday morning, we went through the options and we now have a nice new system....and a nice new company to take care of our future needs including another system for upstairs. Very sorry I ever put up with your poor service.
