When our A/C was not putting out very well, I saw we had our yearly scheduled appointment coming up in two weeks. I called to ask if it could be moved up and it was by five days. I called again after a miserable night of limited air and was put on a wait list. I was told if I didn't answer, they would go to the next person on the list. Thankfully I answered that same day, a service provider came out and it was found to be a clogged pipe in the hall closet where the unit is stored. It was suggested I should get some turn off device for future issues and LB H&A would send me a quote. I have yet to get that, only a bill for a three year service renewal contract. Please take care of this if you can. Otherwise, I appreciate your service we have had over many, many years.
