I called Long Beach Heating and AC because of a problem with my electronic air cleaner. I'll break it up into two parts: the initial visit and the follow-up service.

Initial diagnostic test: Mark arrived on time, reviewed the HVAC, identified an issue I hadn't seen (broken contact in the electronic air cleaner), and provided me a quote in the timeframe he said. He listened carefully to what I was asking, and I couldn't have asked for more. 5 stars.

Follow-up (actual fix): James took care of the i-Wave-R cleaner and finished it in about 45 minutes. He did an ok job explaining what was being done, but there were two opportunities for improvement (just a little short of 4 stars)
1. I would have liked a phone call from Long Beach Heating and AC the day before the visit. I thought the visit was between 12 pm and 3 pm. When I called, they said 12 pm and 5 pm, which was an issue because I had to leave by 4:30 pm for another appointment.
2. I had asked Long Beach Heating and AC to have James call me before arriving, as I wanted to make sure the cat was under control when James was around. That call never came.

Good experience overall, would definitely recommend, but these improvements would go a long way for customers too.
