Dishonest people.

Adequate service, installation was ok. The problem is their exaggerated tape measure. They charged me 24sq ft too much. Even pointing the rip off out they could of cared less.
Crappy place, don't deal with them, too many honest places out there.

Depending on the material there is always an overage on square footage based on the way it’s made. If it’s carpet or vinyl it is made 12 or 13.2 feet wide so it’s dependant on space. If it’s boxed product (wood, laminate or vinyl plank) we always recommend extra in the case of future damage and replacing. If this is not wanted then any full boxes can be returned.
