So we love the carpet that was installed it is beautiful and exactly what we wanted in out spare room. We are not impressed by the amount of damage and the managers attitude when he came to look at the damage his installers did. Had the room professionally painted and there are scraps and dings everywhere. Basically the manager said there was no way his guys did it. The walls were just put up in the last 2 weeks, a professional company came in to mud and tape and then another company painted. Their work was impeccable but now the manager of Carpet Superstores in Red Deer is saying they did nothing wrong and my walls are a mess. Not at all pleased with his snotty attitude. I would shop elsewhere if you value your home at all. So our painters just arrived and let us know that they have seen this many times after carpet installation. So it is not imagination and yes the installers did the damage.
