I had a new carpet installed in my basement not too long ago. However, within a year the backing of the carpet started to come off. There was one individual who came and blamed that issue on something random. But the fellow from Carpet Superstores said that it was due to faulty backing. He then had it replaced, but within the next month, the same issue occurred with the carpet in the living room. The same individual came once again and said he was not surprised and then proceeded to have that one replaced as well. Overall I am glad that I hired someone from Carpet Superstores.
