We had Floor Coverings International come in to put down wood floor in the upstairs family room, and the wood flooring for the spiral staircase leading up to the family room. I had bids from two or three people, and I went with FCI because I know one of the owners from the Country Club so I trusted them. Their prices were on the line- they weren't the lowest or the highest, but I trusted them. There were a couple of things that didn't work out quite as I expected, but they figured it out and worked it out at the end. There was a slight delay in the work because they were going to come out on a given day, but the weather stopped them. It took a while to reschedule because we were traveling. It wasn't a terrible inconvenience, and we were thrilled with the quality of the results. I would absolutely use them again for any floors I do.
