Plumbers did a decent job, however we do not have a good opinion of office staff nor the owner and especially their concrete sub-contractor (which has been in business 40+ years). Initial call we requested a camera as we thought we had a broken pipe. Plumbers came without camera, unclogged a pipe, said they thought there was a broken pipe, called for the camera. A couple hours later here came the camera and located the pipe broken in a couple spots. Downfall they would have to tear out the brand new concrete in the garage. More good news, another crack in the pipe extending into the backyard (another $2000). The pricing isn't the major complaint, the sloppy cut of the concrete is!!! Sub-contractor they hired left cuts in the concrete. It looks like a Frankenstein face. I would be ashamed to claim that work. We complained to Pat's and it took them a couple of days to come out and look and several days to get back to us. Pat's were VERY SLOW to return calls even after office staff saying we'll call you right back. As far as we're concerned, they hired the sub-contractor, they should stand by their work as they stand by their plumbers. Their website states 100% satisfaction! We are not happy and we do not recommend this plumbing company as we do not want anyone else to possibly have this happen to them. This was an expensive lesson. We paid entirely too much for a nice concrete floor to have ruined by a sub-standard concrete contractor. When I paid my bill the office gal asked if everything was alright and I stated "no it was a $@!#% job". My husband said it was "a half $@!#% job on a half $@!#% job!" I'm thankful I didn't pay the plumbers when they finished and asked for payment before the concrete was poured (not that it would have made a difference) the outcome would still be bad, but our complaint had a little more bearing. Pat also came out and looked at the concrete and said he would have them "fix it" and asked for payment, that "fix" was insufficient!!! Nonetheless I paid them that following Friday (the following day) and 11 days later they finally cashed my check. Apparently they weren't in that big a hurry for payment after all. I would not go with this company again. PS this is going on my FB page as well.
