On Christmas Eve, We received a call from the facilities manager that the resident below our unit had water dripping into her residence. We called A-1 and they were able to fairly quickly. We were out of state, and not in our unit during the repair. When we got back to our unit we noticed that the installation had not been fully completed. I contacted them and they sent out a repair named Bob that quickly and efficiently completed the work. Although they are a little expensive, I would highly recommend them.
