Taylor Heating & AC

Accolades, Attaboys, and Kudos!

To all who may read this, sit back and hope you can experience professionalism as easy and as comfortable as I did.

From the moment I made the initial call to the company’s telephone receptionist I felt special. That warm “fuzzy” feeling was extended further when the following afternoon I was visited by Nar Lopez, the company’s (Taylor Heating and A/C) Comfort Advisor.

Nar, as I now choose to call him, was extremely personable, knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly, he listened. We went to each room of my home discussing the needs and priorities for weatherized comfort in each room’s scenario. We finally settled into the living room discussing specific ratings of equipment for this and that and exactly how a ductless system would be more than beneficial to what I have been accustomed to with a current 30 year old Coleman heat pump and forced air furnace as my go to comfort system.

This time, I listened. What he elaborated on was the virtual sense of comfort I would be feeling from the ductless system itself, the ease of operation, the satisfaction I would feel when I reviewed my PSE energy usage and to see the actual reduction in kilowatt hours used month and month after month. He also elaborated on the family atmosphere at Taylor Heating and A/C and the years of continued experience of all employees as well as family partners wanting and willing to extend their expertise in the HVAC industry beyond just selling me my new Daikin System to the routine maintenance and any repairs necessary from future operations should they be required. There were no high pressure tactics, the only thing that prompted me to purchase was the extended courtesy, the smiles, the profound knowledge, and most of all the honesty exhibited throughout.

He came, He listened, I listened, and I bought.

The following Monday morning bright and early, Brent Funk and Camryn Erickson arrived with my new ductless HVAC system by Daikin. The moment the two service installers arrived, Brent and Camryn, they politely explained what they were going to do, showed me by example, and then swiftly went about their business and in their course of installation I had several questions regarding this and that which were directly answered by either one of the men at the time swiftly, politely, and affirmatively. They even extended to me a couple of polite favors I asked of them.

Nar was right. This company is contagious.

When the installation was all complete then I was politely tutored by each of the men (Brent and Camryn) on how to use the remote devices and what not to do as far as system operation goes. My tenacity in tossing questions their way were, of course, answered almost as immediate as I had tossed them.

Then Nar again happened on the scene when the “boys” were just wrapping up. They removed and took with them the old heat pump and companion pieces, vacuumed, swept up, an clean any messes left behind included some of mine which were there prior to their arrival.

Brent and Camryn left. Nar stayed, we visited for quite some time after and I cannot help but feel part of the Taylor family now. The professionalism that Taylor Heating exudes is totally refreshing. The company as an HVAC system provider, through and through, gets all the Attaboys possible and all the Kudos necessary.

The jury is still out however on the operation of the new Daikin ductless split system as I need a few days and some variable weather to make a final determination whether or not my purchase was worth the time spent listening and making the commitment. Stay tuned for the second chapter. Richard Williams
