Late but fast, efficient, and courteous
I took half of a day off to wait for him and he didn't call to tell me he was running late until after 4:00. He arrived at 5:30, was very nice, and fixed the problem quickly while showing me what the problem was. Overall, I was very happy, but it would have been nice to have known earlier how overbooked he'd been. There was probably an unexpected problem.
