New thermostat
it seems we have the same thing happen once a year. A new thermostat suppose to fix this. Not sure since we were told when its too cold out side the unit will do a shut down, the only thinking was to set it to 15 degrees instead of 30 for shut down. We put a cover over the unit and then we were told that was not necessary. We are a little unhappy with how things are working out.
