As promised, my technician called while en route and showed up when promised. He was friendly and professional. He identified the problem in less than five minutes and had it fixed within 15! He did not try to "up-sell" anything. I had called other providers and they cost more than twice as much for the diagnostic call. I will definitely call Taylor first next time I need service.
