I've used their services a couple of times and was always very satisfied. This time I received a promotional card in the mail for what I believed was a checkup service for $49.99. I called the office to schedule and confirmed the price. When the service tech arrived, he verified that I was checking the filter regularly and cleaning when needed. I told him there no problems. He proceeded with further inspecting. After a while I told him he seemed to be doing a lot for $49.99. He answered it was a $230 service! I told him to stop. I didn't order that and about the advertisement card. I asked him to call the office and check. The card was for "diagnostic visit, not a service" I was told. We went around and around. Finally, the office person agreed to stop his servicing and to only charge the $49.99. My advice would be to really be sure what kind of service is offered with an advertisement you respond to.
