On time and very professional (heat pump)
They arrived promptly exactly at 8 am. Were done by 11 am. Very professional. Walked me through what they did , and taught me how to use the smart wifi connected controller. Im very happy with it being integrated with my smart home system. Heating works much better and based on the time in use its already being used much less than my gas heater .
