We had Taylor Heating install a new furnace and air conditioning system several months ago. As the weather got hotter and reached 80 degrees and higher the system just seemed like it was chasing the temperature rather than cooling the house. We knew something wasn't right. Called Taylor and talked with Chaz and then Joe and several days later Cam showed up and totally reinstalled the system with a couple of modifications that they admitted should have been completed at the first installation. We could not be happier with the great customer service the Taylor Heating team provided for us. We appreciate their promptness to fix our problem. Way to go !
