We were told our technician would be Billy but Joey arrived at our home instead. Very nice, polite young man. He explained in detail what the problem was and was very thorough. He told us someone in the office would be contacting us to schedule a more thorough cleaning of our system but we haven't heard back from them as of today. We will follow up and call them back if we don't hear from them by Friday.
