I would highly recommend Rand as both realtor and property manager. He has done a great job for me and provided excellent service and value. He is prompt in his communication and pragmatic in his approach and he is a real advocate of the customer. I am out of state and Rand has been able to remotely manage my properties and transactions effectively.
