Rand worked very hard to rent and sell this property. He continually tried to find the deal that would satisfy me. I had this property placed with a different agent prior to Worth Clark and that agent had a gazillion excuses why the property wasnt selling. Not once did Rand present me with negativity. The day my house sold I went to social media , praising and recommending Rand & Worth Clark for their realtor needs. Rand didnt get much out of this deal, since the sale price was just about $100k, so his commission could not have been the motivator. The motivator had to have been personal satisfaction. I cant say enough good things about him.
