Since we live out of town, we have to be able to fully rely on a real estate agency and agent who can best market and represent our home for lease, Ryan Michaelis with Worth Clark did just that. While he knew we were experienced in leasing properties, it took someone who could bring us up to date on the local market conditions to help determine a current lease and monthly rental rate. Second, he shared an app to keep us up to date on showings and responses to our property. He shared photos of our home for us to use on our social media sites along with his social media campaign. In the end, the process took longer than we had planned but the outcome was what we were looking for which was a long-term lease at market rates.
