Great service and price however..........

The customer service was great. I felt like you guys truly cared! I was so happy to find Units after my home flooded. HOWEVER. When it was time to turn the Unit in, I was charged upwards of 20$ per day for the few days in October that I had the Unit. I can understand charging that kind of fee if I only rented to Unit for a few days, but I had it for months. The few days in October should have been pro rated to the fee I was paying monthly.

Thank you for the review Nancy, and we are sorry you disagree with our extended rental policy @ $19.99/day for the 5 extra days you kept the container. This is a service we provide to customers, like you, that run a few days into a new rental period (though we are not required to). We are sure the fee paid was much lower than what a our competitor's charge - which is a full month's rent for even 1 day into a new month's rent. We thank you again for your business and hope your home has been returned to normal!
