Very Punctual. Stored our items for 2 years. When our CC's wouldn't accept a charge due to expiration, etc. there was a courteousy call instead of an automatic penalty charge. Since the UNITS could not be delivered to our new house due to narrow streets management oversaw the unloading from the UNIT and reloading of our items onto the moving truck. I highly recommend this company.
