Susanne - I'm sorry if you were misinformed somehow on the web about the climate controlled warehouse. I am unfamiliar with any website that stated we were climate controlled. Though our 300+ customers that have stored items in our warehouse have never had an issue or damage to stored items, UNITS of Houston has added an A/C system to our warehouse. We are now truly Climate Controlled.
