I recently had to have fairly extensive work on my car done, where I had to replace almost the entire exhaust system. Being that my car was a little older, they assisted me by finding the right parts and having those shipped immediately as my exhaust system was getting to be on its last leg. The whole time, from start to finsih, they were courteous and professional, and they were all about helping me. They told me I could come in every day while the parts were en route and they would inspect and create a make-shift remedy for the issues with my car. I ended up taking them up on their offer and they put it on the lift for a few days in a row (for free!) and made sure I was in better shape to drive each day. The parts and service ended up being over a thousand dollars, but I believe it was a fair price, which they of course broke down for me part by part. Obviously, no one likes to have their car act up nor do they want to pay a lot for it, but VIP auto was a place where, if i had to spend that money, I had less of a problem with it. I would highly recommend this service to anyone up in Midcoast Maine who needs an inspection or repair work.
