Probably it my 4th year or so, but my front lawn is not weed free yet. Possibly because the north side of lawn is not treated, which may be partially responsible; but is there anything can be done? Is there any better quality of treatment material available for these areas?

Overall it is done well.

Thanks Nikhil for your positive remarks and comments. We do understand your concern with the weeds. With the organic products that are available and legal in the Ontario of today, weed elimination is not easy and in fact is often difficult. Some types of weeds can be controlled with repeated applications of Fiesta Iron treatment. However, some weeds are not easily removed and some are very persistent. Because the weeds take longer to respond, some weeds also have enough time to drop seeds which will sprout up at some later date. These days we won't promise that you will never see a weed in your lawn. Some may disappear for a while but often the root is not killed completely and the root then sends up new leaves after 2-3 weeks. There is a chance that a new product will be available for next year or the year after. Whether it will do a better job at a reasonable price - we will have to wait and see.
