First year using a lawn care company and I'm very happy so far. My neighbour had used another company last year and wasn't impressed at all, they just spot sprayed large weeds they saw (instead of addressing the larger issue) and when he returned to doing it himself and didn't renew, they became a super aggressive telemarketing company trying to get him come back. Not cool.

Unlike that company, the Turf King rep that came out to assess my lawn (and is the one servicing my lawn too) seemed like he's been doing this for a long time (not just some "don't care" summer job employee), was honest about the current limitations with products they're allowed to use, but genuinely wanted to get my lawn looking good. You could tell it was a career and not a job to him.

So far so good, my lawn's looking great (and whatever they sprayed the other week is working well, as the little weed that was popping up all throughout my front lawn has been yellowing and dying since they sprayed!) The true test will be when crab grass season comes though...
