Excellent design, terrible implementation
Platinum did an outstanding job of designing and quoting my pool. It was all downhill from there. 2 and 1/2 years and literally dozens of service calls and "repairs" and I have never had four consecutive weeks when all the parts of my pool system worked properly at the same time.
