Unfortunately the pool experience was not a pleasant one. There was terrible communication and extended time to get the pool finished. The infloor system has never kept the pool clean and no one in the office cares about your satisfaction with the product after many chances for them to perform service recovery. If you want customer service this is not the company to go with. I warned you.
