For the most part, everything went really well with Platinum Pools. We were really happy with the pool! There were a few issues that may have been because of the weather turn, with no rain and hot weather. We're still determining that. My only complaint is that when the pool was being built, I spent too much of my time overseeing it to make sure it was going okay.

We had heard that Platinum Pools was the best and that's what we wanted. We haven't been disappointed! If you want the best, this is where you need to go. We don't think it would have been better at any place else. Platinum Pools actually cared when something wasn't going right. Customer service means a lot of me and Platinum Pools tried their best to provide it!
