Erica at Platinum Pools is outstanding! She is the one who I was corresponding with back and forth when we were having issues with permits. She always got back to me immediately and is an angel. Bless her heart, she was getting ready to go out on maternity leave, and she promised me that she'd have everything figured out if it was the last thing she did before she left. And she did! Everything was excellent, and working with Erica was absolutely the best. She is beyond great with customers. Platinum is lucky to have her! She is top-notch and deserves a raise.
