We are in the process of finishing out with a pool. We are very disappointed that this company will not fix any of the damage they caused during build. They have a clauss stating they are not responsible for any damage they cause. We did not agree to sign this clauss but that did not matter to them. Their response to us was "what did you expect a 600lb Bob Cat would do". So I was stuck repairing 140ft of drain tile and the cost of having our sprinlker system repaired. The pool is nice so far but their attutide of not being resposible for any damage is why I would never recommend this company to anyone. In fact they have lost 3 sales in my addition because of my recommendations. When finished I will be contacting the BBB about this company

As we all know there are 3 sides to every story. We have a customer sign off at the time of contract on a seperate form that we are not responsible for items under the ground that the machinery will travel to excavate the pool. The reason for this is if they have an issue lets discuss it at that time but not during construction. Unfortunatley there was a black drain pipe under this area that was crushed during excavation. We had already priced into the swimming pool for us to run new drains all the way to the street. The homeowner got upset because he wanted us to tie into this existing black line to save money even though he new he agreed to pay us for a new drain line with the pool. We told him we could not do this and then he asked for his money back for the drain running to the street. We rebated the customer back the money $1,143.00 so he ran the new line instead of us for what he contracted us to do to begin with. We are sorry that the machine is heavy and can damage items that it drives over. We can not include in our prices things to fix that every customer may not have as this would be charging others for something that they may not need. We hope the customer and their family enjoy there pool when it is all completed.
